We have a list of resources for wildfire support, and mental health support, on our website. Please feel free to share any of the information with those who may have need. For all of those displaced from home, or returning to begin rehab or reconstruction, we recommend taking a look at the Red Cross web page; they have some helpful tools for you to use as you begin to rebuild what you had to leave. Our deepest appreciation goes to the first responders, volunteer animal rescue teams, and all of those who continue to feed, house and support those who were evacuated.
Yesterday, we celebrated the 2022 MSVU Co-op Students of the Year at the Mount Saint Vincent University Academic Awards Ceremony.
Sophia Hong, Julia Strickey, and Fei Xie were recognized for their outstanding contributions to their co-op workplaces at the ceremony, and each of their employers joined us in celebrating their achievements.
Congratulations to Sophia, Julia, and Fei! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the MSVU co-op program. 💙
We are so proud of our co-op student Julia Strickey! We were honoured to attend the ceremony on Wednesday, where she was presented with the award for Co-Op Business Administration Student of the Year! Congratulations Julia! And we're thrilled that you decided to stick with us for your next co-op work term this summer and beyond!
Our CEO has announced his retirement and we're looking for our next fearless leader! This is a unique position that can be located in proximity to any of our member firms in Atlantic Canada, and the right person could be you!
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the news that HBA has lost one of our own.
As many of you are already aware, Sarah DiGiorno passed away in October. Sarah was a bright light in the office who was beloved by colleagues and clients. She was a mentor and friend to all of us at HBA. We will miss her more than words can express.
We extend deepest sympathies to her family and friends.
